Local Food Pantries

The pantry is now operating out of the former Ag Wing at the Southern Cayuga Central School. Currently the pantry has food distribution days on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 10:00 a.m.- 12 noon.  The food pantry is operating under the name, King Ferry Food Pantry and has its own Board of Directors, checking account and accounting system.   Most of the donations that our parish has received in the past for the support of the food pantry have been transferred to the new corporate entity and the remainder will be transferred this year.   We at times are still receiving donations for the King Ferry Food Pantry that are made out to GSCC.  Donations made to the food pantry should no longer be made to GSCC, all donations should now be made directly to the King Ferry Food Pantry, Inc. at P.O. Box 242, King Ferry, NY 13081.
