From the Pastor's Desk 10/2
1) THE CATHOLIC MINISTRIES APPEAL has begun throughout the Diocese - - - however, we were advised that, in order to save money, Bishop’s letters are being sent to all of us bulk mail 3rd class - - - - so it may take longer to receive them - - - but they will arrive (hopefully, but the time of this bulletin). Whenever it may be, I pray we may be as generous as we have been in past years to surpass our goal.
2) TWO SPECIAL FEASTS you may want to note this week - - - Tuesday, October 4th is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi (with the regular 9:00am Mass at Moravia) . . . . And Friday, October 7th is the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary (with the regular First Friday Mass at 9:00am at King Ferry).
3) WEDDING BELLS ring this Saturday, October 8th for Andrew John Gill and Lucie Jane Heinekamp, who will be united in Holy Matrimony at 2:00pm in St. Patrick’s, in Aurora. Congratulations and God Bless !
